增智胶囊治疗小儿智力低下的研究

摘　　要：１９８７年７月至１９９２年６月间，应用新研制的具有健脑、补肾、强身作用的营养性治疗药物增智胶囊治疗小儿智力低下３８１例，一般用药１至２个疗程，以智商（ＩＱ）提高观察疗效。增智胶囊治疗组３８１例，总有效率为８７．６７％，无效１２．３３％，脑复康治疗对照组３６例，总有效率１９．４４％，无效８０．５６％。经另外四家医院二期临床验证２３３例，总有效率８２．８３％，脑复康对照组７８例，总有效率２５．６４％。结果表明增智胶囊是治疗小儿智力低下的有效药物。该研究为小儿智力低下治疗的可能性提供了新的理论和实践依据。The new drug, Witpromoting orIntelligence-promoting capsule wastriturated with the function of tonifying the kidney,strengthening thebrain,and reinforcing the body,it was used for 381 cases of mentally retarded children.The course of treatment is 4-8 months,1-2 courses.Theobservation of therapy efficiency is depended on the increasing of intelligence quotient(IQ),and the treatment results showed that the totaleffective rate was 87.67% of the 381cases in treatment group and the ineffective rate 12.33%,the total effective rate of control group treated with Acetamidopyrrolidonium was 19.44% of 36 cases and ineffective rate 80.56%,The second clinic testification Shown that therapy group,233 Cases,total effective rate was 82.83%,and the control group,78cases,total effective rate 25.64%.This research suggested that Witpromoting capsule is of effective nutritional treatment drug and provided anew theory and practice basis for therapy possibility of mentally retarded children.
