摘　　要：目的 :探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)中 p2 7kipl的表达情况及其临床病理意义。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法检测 42例NHLp2 7kipl蛋白的表达 ,并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果 :p2 7kipl蛋白阳性表达率为 5 7% ,p2 7kipl蛋白阳性表达与组织恶性程度和临床分期明显相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而与患者性别、年龄、免疫分型、临床症状及部位 (结内或结外 )无明显相关 (P >0 0 5 ) ,p2 7kipl阳性病例治疗有效率明显高于 p2 7kipl阴性病例的有效率。结论 :p2 7kipl蛋白表达下降可作为NHL恶性程度的指标和预后指标 。Objective:To investigate the expression of p27 kipl in non-Hodgkin , s lymphoma (NHL)and its clinicopathological significance .Methods: Expression of p27 kipl in 42 patients with NHL was measured using immunohistochemical technique,and analysed together with clinicopathological data. Results: The frequency of p27 kipl expression was 57%.The positive expression was strongly correlated with degree of tissue malignancy and its clinical staging (P<0 05).It was not significantly related to factors such as sex ,age ,immunophenotype,clinical symptoms and its location inside or outside lymph nodes (P>0 05).The therapy effect on NHL patients with p27 kipl poisitive was significantly better than that on NHL patients with p27 kipl negative (P<0 05). Conclusion: The reduction of p27 kipl protein expression could serve as an index for grading malignancy, and also a useful prognostic index that will be helpful in guiding clinical therapy.
