抗氧化Ⅱ号治疗血红蛋白H病9例的临床研究

摘　　要：从中药筛选纯品抗氧化Ⅱ号（ＡＡ２）治疗血红蛋白Ｈ病９例，男性４例，女性５例，年龄４－２５岁，平均１１．２岁，轻度至中度贫血，肝肿大２例，脾肿大者８例、Ｈｂ４６－８８ｇ／Ｌ，平均６９．３ｇ／Ｌ，ＨｂＨ成分０．０９１－０．１８，平均０．１２，红细胞包涵体均为阳性。治疗结果７例Ｈｂ增加７－１９ｇ／Ｌ，平均１１．２ｇ／Ｌ，红细胞增加（０．１２－０．６８）×１０（１２）／Ｌ，平均０．３５×１０（１２）／Ｌ，网织红细胞增加０．０１－０．０５，平均０．０２４。未观察到毒副作用。In this paper,the treatment effect for 9 cases with Hb H disease by antioxidant Ⅱ(AA2) were reported. They were males 4, females 5 and 4-25 years, averaging 11.2. The dosage of antioxidant Ⅱis twis a day, 62. 5mg a time, a course for two months and children take less.The results showed that 7 of out them were better effect and Hb, RBC, reticulotyte were increased, 11. 2g/L, 0. 35 ×1012/L, 0. 024 averaing respectively.
