X线头影测量中SN线与TN线的关系

摘　　要：本文提出可以使用TN线作为正颌外科术前设计中的基线。并和传统使用的SN线作了比较。通过47例正常(牙合)汉族人的X线头影测量研究了这两条线的相互关系。阐明了使用TN线的解剖学依据,使之成为正领外科测量的辅助手段,还提出具体的临床使用方法。In this article, TN line was thought it could be used as a basic line in orthognathic surgery design. It was compared with the traditional SN line. Orthognathic measurement with X-ray to 47 normal Han people indicated the relationship between the lines based on anatomy, and TN line would become an auxiliary method for orthognathic measuremet. Moreover, how to use TN line in clinical operations was also put forward.
