摘　　要：对企业集团进行反垄断法规制与当前我国发展大企业集团的战略并不矛盾 ,要正确认识企业集团与规模经济和反垄断的关系 ,加快我国的反垄断立法 ,注意企业集团反垄断法规制的特殊性与复杂性 。How to regulate enterprise group by antimonopoly law doesn't conflict with the strategy that China must develop large-scale enterprise group. Understand the relation between enterprise group and economies of scale and antimonopoly correctly, speed Chinese antimonopoly legislation up, pay more attention to the specialty and complexity in regulating enterprise group by antimonopoly law, and draw the western countries' common experiences in the legislation and judicature.
