胶原性关节炎大鼠体征及证候特点初探

摘　　要：目的 :初步探讨胶原性关节炎 (CIA)大鼠的体征特点与证候属性。方法 :对CIA免疫侧与继发侧分别进行室温 (2 1℃ )、5℃～ 8℃水浴、4 2℃～ 4 5℃水浴下的疼痛试验 ,关节肿胀程度测量 ,肛温与膝、踝关系肤温、体重检测。结果 :CIA大鼠双侧持续疼痛显著 (P <0 0 0 1) ,免疫 7d后对寒、热刺激的反应不明显 ,踝关节宽厚度增加 (P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 1) ,膝、踝关节肤温相继增高 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 1) ,肛温、体重无异常。结论 :慢性痛、踝关节肿胀、膝踝皮肤温度增高可作为CIA的主要结局指标 (endpoint) ,CIA证候特征不明显 。Objective:To detect the physical signs and syndrome of collagen induced arthritis(CIA) model of rat. Methods:Pain text on 21℃,5℃～8℃,42℃～45℃ condition,measurement of the size of ankle,the temperature of anus,skin of knee,ankle and weight were made to observe the symptoms of CIA. Results:CIA had significant and chronic pain( P <0 001),swelling of ankle( P <0 001, P <0 01),high temperature of skin of knee,ankle( P <0 05, P <0 001, P <0 01) in both inflammatory and followed inflammatory side,as compared with the control group. 7 days later,there was no evident reaction of pain to the stimulation of cool and hot. The temperature of anus and weight of CIA were normal Conclusion:CIA had endpoint symptoms of chronic pain,swelling of ankle,high temperature of skin of knee and ankle. CIA had potency to show different syndrome according to differently interfered methods though the syndrome of CIA was faint.
