摘　　要：代词照应是语篇衔接的重要手段之一。人称代词内指的应用在一定程度上可激活读者的认知思维 ,而其指代的确定是读者运用认知结构中有关的语言知识、语境知识和世界知识进行思维活动的过程。In this paper the relationship between cognitive thinking and the assignment of endophoric personal pronouns is studied. It is held that reference of pronouns is one of the important ways of contextual cohesion. To a certain extent, endophoric personal pronouns can catalyze cognitive thinking of the readers. The assignment of endophoric personal pronouns is a thinking process of using related knowledge of language, context and the world in the readers' cognitive structure.
