摘　　要：非正规就业是欧盟国家妇女主要的就业方式之一。本文主要探讨欧盟国家妇女在非正规就业方面成功的经验、原因、问题和对我国解决妇女就业问题的一些启示。Women's employment in non-standard sectors is an important part of women's employment in the countries of EU. This paper studies the successful experience，reasons and existing problem in women's employment in non-standard sectors in EU，as well as the enlightenment for solving the problems in women's employment in China.
