对我院教师从事科研心理反映状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：采用专家访谈和问卷调查的方式，对首都体育学院教师对体育科研的动机、态度，对教学与科研的认识，开展体育科研工作的困难以及不同职称教师对体科研态度的差异等方面进行了分析，并提出建议。Through experts－ visiting and questionnaire investigation,the mofivation,the attitude,the understanding to relationship between teaching and research and the difficulties of research and the difference among varieties of titles of technical post are analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward furthermore.
