摘 要:甜瓜果实感病后呼吸强度和乙烯释放量均呈增加趋势,果腔内二氧化碳、乙烯、乙醛、乙醇和乙酸乙酯的浓度也随之升高,这些变化因病原物不同而有差异。呼吸强度和乙烯释放量以病斑部位和邻近病斑0.5cm处组织最高;同一病斑部位果皮的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量明显高于果肉。过氧化物酶的活性与甜瓜组织抗病性呈正相关,与各种病原菌对甜瓜果实的致病力呈负相关。在侵染部位过氧化物酶活性显著增加,感病组织中出现了新的过氧化物同工酶带。When the melon fruit was in fected by pathogens,it's respiratory rateand ethylene evolution increased.At the same time,the concentration ofcarbon dioxide,ethylene,aldehyde,ethyl alcohol and ethyl acetate in thecavity rose too.These Changes varied with species of pathogens.The highestrispiratory rate and ethylene evolution were found on and nearby the infected spot.The peel's respiratory rate and ethylene evolution were obviouslyhigher than that of the flesh.The activity of peroxidase was positivelycorrelated with disease resistance of the melon,but negatively correlatedwith the pathognieity of infective pathogens.The result of PAGE indicatedthat some new isozymes of peroxidase were formed in infected tissue.
