影响我国大学生心理健康状况的因素及其干预对策的研究

摘　　要：运用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )、艾森克个性问卷量表 (EPQ)测试了西安交通大学、上海交通大学、广西大学、济南大学、中国地质大学、复旦大学、同济大学、山东工业大学、北京工业大学、西安理工大学大学生的心理健康状况 ,发现大学生中间存在着不同程度的心理障碍 ,尤其在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、忧郁、敌对、偏执等 5项因子得分明显高于全国常模因子得分 ,具有显著性差异 ,说明这 5项因子的症状是目前大学生的主要心理健康问题 ,确实到了令人担忧的地步 ;因此 ,我们在大力加强学校的心理健康教育同时 ,应着眼于学生心理健康发展的教育 ,坚持学生生理、心理各要素的协同发展 ,以预防为主 ,真正树立起健康第一的指导思想。Applying Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90), authors tested the mental health condition of students in Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shanghai Hi University, Guangxi University, Jinan University, Geology University of China, Fudan University, Tongji University, Shandong Industry University, Beijing Industry University, Xi'an Technology & Industry University, The results show there are different degrees of mental interference; especially in such five elements (compulsion symptom, sensitivity relationship, melancholy, insistence and harassment),the scores are obviously higher than those of national youth unit, and differ from the average level obviously This shows symptoms of these five elements are main mental health keys of students at present and are uneasy for sure So when we strengthen the mental health and insist on conciliating physical and mental health,we should center on prevention and really build up couch idea of health first
