摘　　要：本研究运用 A.E.SAATY教授提出的 AHP层次分析法 ,对高校体育教育管理目标体系进行系统分析 ,明确了普通高校体育教育管理体系 ,建立了判断矩阵 ,并提出了该管理系统第3层目标的In this article, the author employed the AHP analysis put forwarded by professor A E SAATY to analyze the physical education teaching and management goal in college and university, definitude the teaching and management system, establish judge matrix, put forward 19 composing factors in management system.
