薄层扫描法测定逍遥丸中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立薄层扫描法测定逍遥丸中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 :固定相为硅胶G ,流动相为苯 -氯仿 -冰醋酸 ( 6 5 1) ,检测波长为 3 65nm ,参比波长为 3 2 2nm。结果 :阿魏酸在 0 4～ 2 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98 4 % ,RSD为 3 71%。结论 :本方法准确可靠 ,可用于测定逍遥丸中阿魏酸的含量。OBJECTIVE:To establish a method of thin layer chromatographic scanning to determine the content of ferulic acid in Xiao yao wan.METHODS:Silica G thin layer was used,and the mobile phase consisted of benzene chloroform glacial acetic acid(651)with the detection wave length of 365nm and the control wave length of 322nm.RESULTS:The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.4～2.0μg.The mean recovery was 98.4%( n =5)with RSD of 3.71%.CONCLUSION:This menhod is accurate,reliable and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Xiao yao wan.
