摘　　要：哈代在其小说 ,尤其是悲剧小说中塑造了大批角色各异、性格迥然的女性形象。结合哈代悲剧小说中的女主人公们 ,论述其与女人的关系、这种关系在其创作中的影响以及女性悲剧具有的深刻内涵 。Thomas Hardy created many female characters with various and unusual characters in his novels, particularly in his tragic novels Based on analysis of the women in his tragic novels, the relationship between Hardy and women and the influence of the relationship upon his writing and on the womens tragedies for a better understanding of his female characters
