摘　　要：冷战后 ,原日美安全保障体制经过了一个调整的过程 ,到 1999年止 ,这个调整过程基本完成。冷战后新建立的日美安保体制是冷战期间日美安全保障体制的延续 ,但其出现的背景、具体内容和对亚太地区安全的影响发生了本质性的改变。新日美安全保障体制的建立直接挑战亚太地区的安全 ,因此 。Since the end of the Cold War, the original mutual security insurance treaty between Japan and U S. has been adjusted and up to 1999, the adjustment was almost complete. Although the new treaty shows continuity of the old one in the Cold War, it is quite different in terms of its background, content and impact. The new treaty presents a great challenge to the security in Asian Pacific region. Therefore, close studies of the treaty will be of great importance to our country.
