摘  要:探讨了大小鼠造血及血液系统受损伤时蜂花粉的作用。小鼠60^Co辐照后,外周血中WBC、RBC、Hb、PC等显著降低,骨髓有核细胞数显著减少。剂量10g/kg的蜂花粉不仅能拮抗这种辐射损伤,还能缩短它们的恢复时间。对于APH造成大小鼠溶性贫血,同样剂量的蜂花粉能显著减轻其损害程度,其中对RBC的影响最显著,亦能缩短康复时间。对环磷酰胺造成骨髓造血功能抑制,外周血WBC减少等,蜂花亦有显著治疗作用。Effects of bee pollen on blood and hemopoietic system were studied. The reduced WBC, RBC, Hb and PC in blood, and the number of nucleated cells in bone marrow of mice treated with 60Co-irradiation were significantly increased, and the convalescence of injured mice was curtailed after treatment with bee pollen(oral 10g/kg.d). Hemolyiic anemia, especially RBC, of mice and rats caused by APH were improved with the same doses of bee pollen Cyclopho-sphamide inhibition of hemopoietie system and the decrement of WBC in mice and rats were also antago nized markedly by bee pollen.
