摘  要:观察用0.6mM咖啡因培养2、5及7天对出生4天SD大鼠睾丸组织块生殖细胞数量的影响。为了解此作用是否能逆转,在0.6mM咖啡因作前培养后,换上基本培液或0.06mML-PIA、0.06及0.6mM腺苷作1至2周的后培养,观察生殖细胞数量的恢复情况。结果显示,0.6mM咖啡因减少培养块生殖细胞的数量。用基本培液、0.06mM的L-PIA或腺苷作后孵育都不能逆转此影响。唯有0.6mM的腺苷能扭转用咖啡因前培养2及5天对生殖细胞的抑制作用,但不能拮抗用它作前孵育7天的影响。推想咖啡因及腺苷对生殖细胞DNA合成的直接或间接作用、腺苷受体等因素都可能与本实验结果有关。To investigate the effects of caffeine on the number of germ cells and itsreversibility, the testicular explants of 4-days old rat were first treated with 0.6mM caf-feine for two, five or seven days, and then transferred to medium with or without 0.06,0.6mM adenosine or 0.06mM L-PIA for additional one or two weeks of culture. Pretreat-ment with 0.6mM caffeine reduced the number of germ cells in the explants, postincuba-tion either with medium or with 0.06mM adenosine or L-PIA could not counteract thedetrimental effects of caffeine on germ cells. Only a higher adenosine dose (0.6mM) couldameliorate the harmful effect when administed after a caffeine pretreatment period of twoor five days, but not after seven days pretreatment. It was suggested, that direct or indi-rect effects of caffeine and adenosine on DNA synthesis, adenosine receptors as well asother factors in testis might accout for these results.
