缺血性中风红细胞膜唾液酸与膜微粘度的研究

摘　　要：本文通过检测53例脑梗塞、20例健康对照者红细胞膜唾液酸及膜微粘度,发现脑梗塞患者红细胞膜唾液酸显著低于对照组,红细胞膜微粘度显著高于对照组,且红细胞膜微粘度与膜唾液酸含量呈显著负相关,提示红细胞膜唾液酸含量变化对缺血性中风的发生和发展具有一定的意义。We determined sialic acid and microvi scosity of erythrocyte membrane on the 53 patients with cerebral infarction and 20 healthy persona. The results showed that levels of sialic acid of erythrocyte membrane decreased, and microvicosity increased. There were negtive correlation between the sialic acid and microvicositv.
