摘  要:本文研究内生致冷原(endogenous cryogen,EC)对体外培育的兔血细胞生成内生致热原(endogenous pyrogen,EP)及体内EP性发热的抑制作用。实验分两部分:Ⅰ、观察EC对体外EP生成的影响。将新西兰白兔30只随机分为4组,每组6~8只,分别注射不同培养条件获得的EP(EP、EP_1、EP_2)或NS_0 EP_1和EP_2是在培养过程中加入EC而获得的。结果显示:注射EP_1和EP_2组发热效应明显低于EP组(P<0.05),表明EC影响了EP的生成。Ⅱ、观察EC对EP性发热效应的影响。将新西兰白兔随机分为3组,每组6~8只,分别静脉注射EP、EP+EC、NS。实验结果显示:注射EP 1ml/kg+EC 1ml/kg组的发热效应比注射EP 1ml/kg组明显降低(△TP<0.05和TRI_3P<0.01)。表明EC对EP性发热有明显的抑制作用。作者认为:EC抑制或降低内毒素性发热的作用,部分可能是由于对抗了EP的致热活性,另部分是由于抑制了ET诱生EP所致。The experiment was designed to study the effect of endogenous cryogen(EC) on the production and pyrogenicity of endogenous pyrogen (EP) in rabbits. NewZealand white rabbits were divided into four groups and each group were given (i. v.) adiffetent kind of EP (EP, EP,, EP_2) or normal saline (NS). The results showed thatEP_1 and EP-2 (cultured with EC) injected group resulted in a marked attenuation offever magnitude, compared with that of the EP group (P<0. 05), which suggested thatEC suppressed EP production. Three groups of rabbits were treated with EP_1 EP+EC_1 and NS seperately, the results showed that the febrile response of EP+EC injected rabbitswere much lowered than that of the EP group (△T℃, P<0. 05, TRI_3 P<0. 01) whichsuggested that EC could markedly inhibit EP induced fever in rabbits. In accordancewith these results, the authors proposed that one of the mechanisms of inhibiting effectof EC on endotoxin induced fever in rabbits might be that by inhibit the production andpyrogenicity of EP.
