超声引导自动活检360例临床经验总结

摘　　要：本文报告了360例超声引导自动活检术(USGAB)的成功经验。结果表明:1.USGAB广泛适用于颈胸腹部多种器官和部位病变的组织学活检,对于穿刺活检难度较大的脏器或病变尤为适用。2.本组中经直肠前列腺和直肠周围病变穿刺47例全部成功,取材准确可靠。3.慢性肾病患者USGAB成功率、标本长度均优于手动活检组,而并发症明显减少(P<0.01)。4.本文360例取材成功率99.2％,98.6％的病例可作出满意的组织学诊断,作者认为:USGAB安全准确,取材迅速可靠.临床用途广泛,值得加以推广。360 cases of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsies (USOAB)were performed. Results showed: 1. USGAB could be widely used for histological biopsy of lesions in the neck , thorax, abdomen and other body parts .especially useful for lesions inaccessible by ordinary manual procedures. 2. 47 cases with prostatic and perirectal lesions biopsied by transrectal USGAB were all succeeded. 3. In 132 cases of renal biopsy group, the sampling success rate and the mean length of tissue core obtained by USGAB with 18G needle had advantages over the group with 14G Tru-cut needle manual renal biopsy (P<0. 01). The complications after biopsy, however, were significantly lower than those of manual renal biopsy group (P<0. 01). 4. In our study of 360 cases , biopsy specimens sufficient for histologic analysis were obtained in 357 cases (99. 2%); for histo-pathologic diagnosis obtained with high quality accounted for 98. 6%. The authors concluded that USGAB is a safe, accurate, sampling-reliable biopsy technique with wide range of clinical application.
