摘　　要：企业购并是经济增长中的一种必然现象 ,也是经济发展中优化资源配置的必然要求。我国的企业购并市场发展时间较短 ,运行很不规范 ,本文对我国企业购并市场中的产权流动性、政府行为介入、中介机构、购并后的整合、购并融资、购并立法等六个比较迫切的问题进行了初步探讨 。This paper probed into the problems in the enterprises purchasing and combining marckets in China,which were propety right mobility,govevnment intervening,combination after purchasing,fund collecting and legislation etc.,and put forward some proposals in dealing with these problems as well.
