摘　　要：目的　探讨 -操作简便 ,便于推广的氯霉素测定方法。方法　交流示波极谱法 (在不加任何指示剂的条件下 ,以KCl溶液为底液 ,直接用Na2 S2 O3 标准溶液滴定 ,以极谱图形的变化指示终点 )。结果　本法测得值 10 0 .31% ,与标示量无明显差异。结论　本法测定氯霉素含量方法简便、快捷、终点直观、结果准确。Objective To study a simple and rapid method on analysis of chlorampenicol.Method Oscillopolaraphic was used (In KCL Solution,chloramphenicol is directly titrated with Na 2S 2O 3 standard solution without any indicators.The change of the incision of chloramphonicol on the curue was used to indicate the end point of titration).Results The results showed that the test value was up to 100.31%,there was no siguificant difference between the experimental groups and the controls.Conclusion:The method is simple and convenient;The end point of titration is sensitive and correct.
