对内科住院患者实施健康教育状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的　提高病人自我保健意识和自我护理的能力 ,积极控制疾病 ,减少或消除危险因素。方法　对临汾地区人民医院内科模式病房和非模式病房的 80例住院患者进行问卷调查 ,对其结果采用POMS统计软件进行处理 ,用百分比构成和 χ2 检验进行统计分析。结果　入院、住院的健康教育 ,病人的满意度好于出院教育 ;模式病房与非模式病房在接受入院、住院的人数方面无显著性差异 ,而出院教育方面存在着显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,模式病房好于非模式病房 ;健康教育的信息来源于医生、护士的情况存在着显著性差异 ;病人对健康教育大部分内容的了解程度及病人的满意度好于非模式病房 ;病人喜欢的最佳健康教育形式与方法是个体教育和医护人员的面对面的口头宣教。结论　整体护理模式是按照护理程序为病人解决健康问题的有效途径 ;护士应成为健康教育的主要力量 ;作为健康教育的实施者 ,应针对这些特殊的受教育者 ,根据他们的生理、心理、认知程度以及接受能力等特点 ,按其需求选择合适的教育形式、方式及方法 ,进行有计划的健康教育 。Objective To enhance the patients' self-hygiene consciousness and self-nursing ability,and control the illness actively and diminish or eliminate related dangerous factors.Methods Make a questionnaire survey of 80 medical in-patients in model wards and nonmodel ones of the People's Hospital of Linfen Prefecture,and the handle the results with POMS software in order to make a statistical analysis in terms of percentage and χ 2 test.Results It's been found out that the patients are more satisfied with heath education in hospital than out of hospital;and that there is not a significant difference in the in-patients' number between model wards and non-model ones,but in the out-of-hospital education exists obvious difference (P<0 01)——Model wards have distinct differences in doctors and nurses' disseminating the knowledge of health education;model wards are more satisfactory than non-model ones in spreading the information of health education;the patients' most favorite education form is to be given individual training and face-to-face oral propagation by doctors and nurses.Conclusion The integral care model is an effective channel to solve the patients' health problems through the nursing procedure.And the nurses,as main power and executor,should carry out planned health education to accelerate the realization of the nursing aims,by way of proper choices of the special receivers' characteristics such as their physionlogy,psychology,cognitive degree and acceptable ability.
