颅内压与颅骨骨窗压的动物实验及临床初步应用

摘  要:目的 探讨颅内压(ICP)与颅骨骨窗压(CFP)之间的关系,了解CFP能否监测ICP。方法 采用开颅咬骨窗的方法建立狗的动物模型,侧卧位用西德产HAKO牌腰穿测压仪测得ICP,同步用自制颅骨骨窗测压仪(国家专利号:ZL 99 2 20811.4)测得CFP。在动物实验的基础上,选择16例有颅骨骨窗的颅脑疾病的患者用腰穿测压仪和颅骨骨窗测压仪同步测量ICP和CFP。将所有数据输入电脑采用直线回归方法进行统计。结果 动物实验:ICP和CFP统计相关系数为0.94,P<0 .01。16例患者ICP和CFP统计相关系数为0.88,P<0.01。结论 CFP能反映ICP的变化。Objective To probe the relationship between intracranial prcssurc(ICP) and crauiofenes-trated pressure(CFP) ,and observe whether CFP can represent ICP. Methods The models of cranial fenestra-tion in dogs were made with craniotomy. With lateral recumbent position, we monitored ICP with lumbal manometer which made in West Germany and CFP with craniofenestrated tonometer which made by ourself (The patent No:ZL 99 20811. 4)at the same time. On the basis of animal experiment, 16 cases of craniocerc-bral diseases with cranial fenestration were selected to monitored ICP with lumbal manometer and CFP with craniofenestrated tonometer at the same time. All the da turns were put into the computer to employ line ar-regrcssior statistics. Results On the animal experiment,the correlative coefficient between ICP and CFP was 0.94( P <0.01). On the 16 cases.the correlative coefficient between ICP and CFP was 0.88( P <0.01). Conclusions CFP can reflect variations of ICP.
