摘　　要：目的:探讨多普勒与CT在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用。方法:78例卵巢肿瘤分别经多普勒与CT检查,48例分别经彩色多普勒能量图(CDPI)与彩色多菁勒直流图(CDFI)检查。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤以囊实性肿块为主,密度不匀,CDPI和CDFI示肿瘤以内部直流为主。结论:多普勒能完整地显示肿瘤内部的血管网,CT能完整地显示肿瘤的密度,二者结合为卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断提供了更加可靠的依据。Objective: To evaluate the value of Doppler and CT in diagnosis on ovarian tumors. Methods: 78 patients with ovarian tumors were studied by CT and Ultrasonitraphy, 48 patients of them were studied by color Doppler power imaging (CDPI) and Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Results: CT displayed cystiod - massiness and asymmetry dentisy in malignance ovarian tumors. CDFI and CDPI displayed pattern of blood flow in malignant tumors. Conclusion: Doppler could fully show the blood tree of the tumors and CT scan fully show the dentisy of the tumors. It's better for dignosis of the malignance ovarian tumors by Combining both these two methods.
