摘　　要：目的:提高原发性胆囊癌的治疗效果。方法:对我院近卫。年来28例胆囊癌进行分析。结果:外科手术是治疗胆囊癌的有效措施。结论:早期诊断是提高治疗效果的关键。Objective: To find a good curative way for treating on primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods: The data of 28 patients with primary carcinoma of gallbladder in the hospital within last 10 years were revised. Results: Cholecystectomy was the main measure in the treatment of primary carcinoma of gallbladder. Conclusion:Early diagnosis is the most important factor for increasing cure rate and cholecystectony is ideal way for trealing this disease.
