试论体育产业化与高校体育教育专业改革

摘　　要：纵观国内外体育产业在精神文明建设和国民经济建设中的地位和作用 ,论述加快我国体育产业步伐的关键在于人才的培养 ,人才培养来自教育。采用文献法、比较法 ,分析我国高校体育教育专业的现状。面对充满竞争与挑战性的新世纪 ,毕业生自由择业。高校体育教育专业必须转变教育思想观念 ,加大改革力度 ,拓宽专业。构建一二年级以归类知识为主 ,加强宽厚基础知识 ,三四年级以沉默知识为主 ,扩大弹性 ,发展个性 ,分流培养的改革体系。改变过去大一统的教学计划 ,为区域精神文明和经济建设服务。探讨联合开发与培育适应 2 1世纪具有体育产业复合型人才的战略意义。This article analyses the present situation of university's P.E.major by documents and comparison.Towards the new competitive and challenging century and the policy of free choice of professions for university's graduates,the educational ideology of university's P.E.major should be adjusted,its reform should be strengthened and the specialized courses should be expanded.A reform sketch would be set up that the junior students will focus on the classified knowledge so as to enlarge their bases while the seniors on the silent knowledge so as to develop their individuality,to extend elasticity and to be trained separately.All these will reform the former general teaching programmes of P.E. and give expression to its service for the ethical and economical construction of one dustrict.This article also explore the significance in strategy to develop and train multiple talented person in P.E.industry for the 21st century.
