甲状腺癌P^(16)基因的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的：对甲状腺癌ｐ１６基因的描述及临床意义的探讨。方法：应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术，对甲状腺癌和甲状腺癌细胞Ｐ１６基因蛋白表达进行定量研究。结果：甲状腺癌Ｐ１６蛋白表达量明显低于甲状腺腺瘤（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｐ１６蛋白表达随甲状腺恶性程度的增高而下降（Ｐ＜０.０５）。结论：Ｐ１６基因失活与甲状腺癌发生有关，Ｐ１６蛋白表达缺失与肿瘤分化不良有关，可作为临床判断肿瘤分化程度和预后的参考指标之一。Purpose: To study the effects of P16 gene in patients with thgroid carcinoma. Methods: P16 gene product expression in 45 cases of thyroid carcinotna was studied quantitatively using flow cytometry and immrnofluorescencestaining technique. Results: The results showed that P16 expression was lower in thyroid adenomas than that in thyroid adenocarcinomas (p<0. 01). P16 expression decreased with the rise in malignant grade (p<0. 05). Conclusion: Our results suggest that loss of P16 gene was corresponding to the occurrence of thyroid carcinoma. P16 protein expression is correlated with the biological behavior of thyroid carcinoma and may be used as a prognosis factor in the patients with thyroid carcinoma.
