通脉络胶囊的抗血栓形成作用的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究通脉络胶囊对实验动物的血栓形成作用，为临床用药提供依据。方法：建立兔颈总动脉－颈外静脉体外循环旁路，形成血小板血栓，来研究通脉络胶囊抗兔体内血栓形成的作用；用直流电连续刺激大鼠一侧颈动脉，制备老年血瘀模型，来研究通脉络胶囊抗老年大鼠体内血栓形成的作用。各实验均设四组动物：通脉络胶囊高、低剂量组、复方丹参片组、水对照组。结果：各实验中通脉络胶囊高、低剂量组与水对照组比较均有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；与复方丹参片组比较有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：通脉络胶囊有显著的抗血栓形成作用，其作用远较复方丹参片强；第二种方法操作简单、可靠，对于药物的抗栓作用的研究更具有推广应用价值。Objective To study the effect of Tongmaile capsule on the anti-thrombosis of the tested animals and provide the basis data for clinical use of the drug. Methods By establishing a bypass of the jugular artery and jugular external vein extracorporeal circulation to form the platelet thrombosis to study the antithrombosis effect of Tongmaile capsule in a rabbit body.By using direct current to stimulate continuously the jugular side artery on one side of the neck of an old rat to prepare the blood stasis model o f the old rat to study the anti-thrombosis effect of Tonglnailing capsule in an old rat. Experinental animals were divided into four groups: the high and low dose groups of Tongmailing capsule, salvia miltior- rhiza tablet contrast group, and water contrast group. Results The results showed that in each test there was extremely remarkable difference(P< 0 .01)compared with that of the water contrast groups and there was a significant difference between both the high and low dose groups of Tongmailing capsule and the salvia miltiorrhiza tablet contrast groups(P<0 .01). Conclusions Tongmailing capsule has a remarkable anti-thrombosis effect. It's effect is much stronger than that of the salvia miltiorrhiza tablet. The second method is easy to operate and reliable. It is worthwhile to popularize its use for the study of anti-thrombosis drugs.
