摘  要:目的观察术后早期肠道摄入精氨酸对胃癌根治术患者免疫功能的作用。方法以40例胃癌根治术患者为研究对象。患者术后随机分为四组。两组术后早期经PS管每天输注精氨酸液,剂量分别为15g/d和30g/d,共7天。同时检测 T 淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞活性、免疫球蛋白、补体 C3和迟发皮肤超敏反应。结果不同剂量的精氨酸对胃癌患者术后均有一定的免疫促进作用,而精氨酸30g/d 组可能达到更好的免疫反应状态。结论术后早期经肠道给予精氨酸对胃癌患者术后免疫功能有增强作用。Objective To observe the immune effects of enteral arginine intake in gastric cancer pa- tients after radical operation.Methods 40 gastric cancer patients having radical gastroectomy were involved. The patients were randomly divided into four groups.Two groups received arginine by PS tube feeding from the day 0 to day 7 after operation in the early stage.The doses of arginine were 15g/d and 30g/d respec- tively.T-lymphocyte subpopulation,NKC,immunoglobulin,complement C3 and DTH were measured.Re- sults Both dose of arginine taken could improve host immtmity.Enteral nutrition with arginine 30g/day may have had better immune response.Conclusions The enteral arginine intake immediately after operation can improve immune function of gastric cancer patients postoperatively.
