摘　　要：本文回顾性总结了高选择性迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡50例的疗效。45例经3个月至5年的随访,症状完全消失25例,减轻6例,优良率分别为55.6％和13.3％。本文并对高选择性迷走神经切断术的术中、术后并发症,溃疡复发和远期疗效进行分析和讨论。This is a retrospective summary of the curative effect of highly selective vagotomy for treating 50 Patients with duodenal ulcer. The follow up survey for 3 months to 5 years was carried out in 45 cases. The surgical effect was considered to be excellent with complete subsidence of symtoms in 25 patients (55.6%) and good in 6 patients (13.3%).The intraoperative and postoperative complications, recurrence of duodenal ulcer and long - term surgical effect were analysed and discussed.
