恶性肿瘤合并胸痛的外科治疗——27例随访报导

摘　　要：27例恶性肿瘤合并胸痛病人采用胸膜或胸壁及肺切除,术后疼痛均得以缓解。经随访,术后16例肺癌患者,采用冲击化疗共两次,生存期从3～23个月,中位生存期10个月。作者认为:手术对恶性肿瘤合并胸痛,特别是顽固性胸痛的效果良好,术后化疗可巩固疗效并提高生存期。Twenty - seven patients with malignant tumor accompanied by chest pain received pleurec-tomy or chest wall partial excision and pneumonectomy were followed' up.The chest pain got complete remission in all patients after operation. 16 patients received twice ictus chemotherapy postoperatively, the survival period was from 3 to 23 months, the median survival period was 10 months. Conclusions: the operation is effective for malignant tumor with chest pain, especially for the obstinate chest pain. Postoperative chemotherapy may strengthen the therapeutic effect and prolong the suvival period.
