摘  要:骨质疏松在中老年人群中是一种常见病。为了研究骨质疏松状态下正畸牙齿移动时的牙周组织改建特征,我们利用雌性大鼠切除卵巢6周后建立骨质疏松动物模型,给予外力使大鼠上颌第一磨牙向近中移动,通过HE染色对组织切片进行光学显微镜观察,并利用图像分析系统进行了定量分析。结果发现骨质疏松时牙槽骨骨吸收活跃,牙周组织改建较快,压力侧牙周膜更窄,破骨细胞较多,成纤维细胞紊乱、稀少;张力侧成纤维细胞与成骨细胞较多,成骨明显,血管增生、扩张,成纤维细胞排列整齐,数目较多。但骨质疏松大鼠更容易出现牙周组织创伤性改变,如透明变性、牙骨质吸收等。这提示我们在临床治疗中老年患者牙颌畸形时,应充分考虑到这些因素。The purpose of this research was to study the periodontium remodeling of osteoporotic rats during orthodontic tooth movement.Osteoporosis model was successfully established six weeks after ovariectomy of adult female rats.Based on this model,we devised an appliance to make the first molar of rats move mesially.By HE staining and microphotographmetry,we make a histomorphological study of periodontium in osteoporotic rats after experimental tooth movement.We found that the alveolar bone resorption in osteoporotic rats was more active,and the remodeling activity of periodontium was higher than that in normal rats by using the same force.But the osteoporotic rats were more susceptible to the injury in periodontal tissues,such as inflamation,hypersensitivity,and cementum resorption,or even dentin resorption.This reminds clincians to treat osteoporotic patients with lighter forces.
