摘 要:目的:探求绿茶降脂、改善微循环、防治动脉粥样硬化(AS)的作用及机理。方法:本实验将36只兔分设3组(对照组,AS动物模型组及高脂膳食+绿茶组)喂养24周后进行活体球结膜微循环观察并行血生化检测,主动脉及冠状动脉切片观察。结果:绿茶组的兔球结膜微循环变化与对照组接近,与高脂组比较,细动、静脉直径有显著差异,A/V比值绿茶组1:2~3,高脂组1:5。异常流态发生率两组比较有明显差异。绿茶组未发生白色微血栓,红细胞聚集等明显微循环障碍;能明显减缓家兔血中胆固醇和脂质过氧化物水平的升高;同时防止肝肾组织中胆固醇蓄积和脂质过氧化物水平的增高;主动脉病变面积和冠状动脉及其分枝清理指数和病变血管数也显著减轻、减少。结论:研究提示秦巴绿茶具有疏通微循环灌注,减轻微循环阻力;改善血脂代谢;阻缓动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanisms of green tea in reducing blood fat andimproving microcirculation, preventing and curing atherogenesis (AS). Methods: Thirty-six rabbits weredivided into 3 experimental model groups: AS model (Ⅰ) group, high-fat with green tea diet added(Ⅱ) group and control (Ⅲ ) group. At the end of 24th week microcirculation of the living bulbar conjunctiva and section of aorta and coronary artery were observed. Results: The change in living bulbarconjunctiva of group Ⅱ approached that in group Ⅲ while the change of slight artery and slight vein diameter in group Ⅱ was significantly greater than that in Ⅰ group. Obvious microcirculation obstruction(including the slowdown of micro-blood flow velocity, medium and heavy erythrocyte aggregations,white microthrombi, osmosis around the microvessels) was not found in group Ⅱ. Conclusion: It suggests that green tea prevent and cure atherogenesis with the function of dredging microcirculation andalleviation microcirculation resistance, blocking and slowing down atherogeneses.
