单纯性肥胖儿童智能状况的配对研究

摘　　要：目的：研究单纯性肥胖对儿童智能的影响，减少肥胖对儿童的危害。方法：对104名肥胖儿童及其对照组进行了智商、视觉运动反应时的测定，并对其学校状况进行调查。结果：肥胖儿童的智商及学习成绩显著低于对照组儿童，反应时显著长于对照组儿童，且肥胖儿童对自己的学习成绩，同伴关系，师生关系的满意程度均低于对照组儿童。结论：肥胖儿童智力水平较正常体重儿童低，肥胖妨碍了儿童智力潜能的开发。The intelligenc qutient (IQ) and visual -- motor reaction time were tested in 104 obese children and their controls, and school conditions were also investigated. The results showed that the to and examination grades of obese children were significantly lower than those of the controls. The reaction time of obese children was longer than the controls. Obese children have lower self -- satisfaction level with their examination grades. Peer relations and student-- teacher relations than the controls. The results indicated that obese children had lower intelligence than normal -- weight children and obesity have hindered the development of potential intelligence in children .
