摘 要:目的 通过动物实验探讨血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)在急性肺动脉栓塞(PE)的变化.方法 实验模拟自然发生的血栓流入肺循环的过程,采用家兔自体血栓注入右心房的方法建立肺动脉栓塞(PE)的动物实验模型.用控制血栓注入的数量和速度的方式,分别模拟出临床急性肺心病型和猝死型,并观察了血浆内皮素、一氧化氮浓度的变化.结果 栓塞血栓的数量、速度决定(PE)的临床类型;内皮素在兔肺动脉栓塞后8小时明显增加(P<0.05),一氧化氮在兔肺动脉栓塞后2小时、4小时明显增加(P<0.05).结论 内皮素和一氧化氮的变化表明其参与了PE的病理生理过程.Objective To study the changes of endeothelin(ET) and nitrioxide(NO) in rabbits with acute pulmonary embolism (PE). Methods In this report, the model of PE were set up in the rabbits by injecting the thrombi of itself into right atrial. Two types of rabbit model of PE, acute cor pulmale and sudden death were set up by means of controlling the amounts and speed of injected thrombi. The changes of endothelin and nitrioxide in rabbits with PE were compared. Results The type of PE were decided by difference of the amounts and speed of injected thrombi. ET significantly increased in rabbits with PE at 8 hours (P< 0. 05). NO significantly increased at 2 hours and 4 hours (P<0. 05). Conclusion ET and NO may play an important role in regulating circulation of lung and changes of pathophysiology in rabbits wit PE.
