白内障超声乳化吸出术联合人工晶体植入术的初步报告

摘　　要：目的：评价白内障超声乳化吸出术联合人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法：对２６例（２９只眼）老年性白内障患者施行白内障超声乳化吸出和后房型人工晶体植入术。结果：术后１周及３个月时，裸眼或球镜矫正视力≥０．５者２４只眼（８２．８％），术后３个月视力≥１．０者１４只眼（４８．３％）。平均散光在术后１周和３个月时分别为（１．２５±０．５０）ｍ１和（０．７５±０．２５）ｍ１。明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。主要并发症有虹膜咬伤、后囊膜破裂、角膜明显水肿及后发障。Objective:The study was designed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification of cataract aspiration and posterior chamber-intraocular lens (PC-IOL) implantation. Method:The surgery was performed on 29 eyes of 26 patients with senile cataract.Results:Post-operatively,the visual acuities with spherical correction or without correction were 0.5 or better in 24 eyes(82.8%) in one week and three months,and 1.0 or better in 14 eyes(48.3%)in three months.The mean astigmatism was (1.250±0.50)m 1 at one week and (0.75±0.25)m 1 at three months which was less than that in the control group with ECCE ( P <0.01),respectively. The main complications were iris bite in 3 eyes,capsular rupture in 5 eyes, corneal edema in 4 eyes,after-cataract formation in 2 eyes. Conclusion:The minimum postoperative astigmatism and fast restoration of visual acuity in phacoemulsification of cataract aspiration and Pc-IOL implantation were more beneficial to control of postoperative astigmatism than ectracapsular cataract extraction.
