通脉络胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究通脉络胶囊对实验动物的抗炎、镇痛作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法:抗炎试验以纯蛋清和二甲苯为致炎物质,以氟美松针剂为阳性对照组;镇痛试验以0.6％醋酸为致痛物质,以哌替啶针剂为阳性对照组。各实验均设四组动物:水对照组、阳性对照组、高、低剂量组。结果:在镇痛实验中,通脉络胶囊高、低剂量组与水对照组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);在抗炎实验中,高剂量组与水对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),低剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各实验中高、低剂量组与阳性对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。高、低剂量组镇痛率分别为88.76％和84.00％。结论:通脉络胶囊有显著的镇痛、抗炎作用,其抗炎效果与剂量有依赖关系。Objective: To study the effect of Tongmaile capsule on diminishing inflammation and easing pain of the tested animals and provide the basis for clinical use of the drug. Methods: Using pure egg white and dimethyl benzene as causing-inflammation substance and dexamethusoni natrii phosphas injection as positive contrast group. Each experiment had four groups of tested animals: water contrast group, positive contrast group, high and low dose groups. Results: The results showed that both the high and low groups of Tongmailing capsule had an extremely remarkable difference(P <0.01),compared with that of the water contrast group in the test of easing pain and in the experiment of diminishing inflammation. The high dose group had a significant difference(P<0. 01) in the comparison with the water contrast group and the low dose group had a remarkable difference(P<0. 05), too. In each test neither the high dose group nor the low dose group has an obvious difference (P> 0. 05),compared with the positive contrast group. The rate of easing pain of the high dose group and the low dose group were 88.70% and 84.00%. Conclusions: Tongmaile capsule has a remarkable effect of easing pain and diminishing inflammation and its effect of the latter relys on its dosage.
