摘　　要：目的　探讨术前区域动脉灌注化疗对结直肠癌细胞凋亡及白细胞介素１β转化酶（ＩＣＥ） 表达的影响。方法　对３０ 例术前区域动脉灌注化疗及２０ 例术前未行任何化疗的结直肠癌患者的病理标本，用ＤＮＡ 原位末端标记检测肿瘤细胞凋亡并应用ＬＡＳＢ法进行ＩＣＥ检测。结果　术前动脉化疗组与未化疗组肿瘤细胞凋亡数分别为（６１－２２ ±３－９９） 和（４０－１１ ±３－９６） 个／ 高倍视野，两者间有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０－００１） 。术前动脉化疗组ＩＣＥ阳性表达亦明显高于非化疗组（ Ｐ ＜０－０５）。术前化疗组内肿瘤细胞凋亡与ＩＣＥ 表达相关分析表明两者间存在正相关（ｒ＝０－５９１， Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 。结论　术前区域动脉灌注化疗对结直肠癌细胞有明显促凋亡作用。Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative regional intraarterial chemotherapy(PRAC) on apoptosis and ICEexpression of colorectal cancer cells. Methods Using the methods of TUNELand LASB,the apoptosis and theexpression change ofICEin 30 colorectal carcinoma patients with preoperative chemotherapy and 20 ones being control group without preoperativechemotherapy were determined . Results The ratio of apoptosis was much higher in the preoperatively treated group (61-22 ±3-99)/HPthan that in the untreated group (40-11 ± 3-96)/HP( P < 0-001) ,so wasthe ratio ofexpression ofICE( P< 0-05) ,in the preoperatively treated group. The correlation between the apoptosis and the expression of ICE was positive (r = 0-591 , P < 0-05) . Conclusion Preoperative selective intraarterial regional chemotherapy can inducethe apoptosis ofcolorectalcancer cell.
