幽门螺杆菌感染者血清一氧化氮水平及胃粘膜细胞凋亡的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染者血清NO含量变化及其对胃粘膜细胞凋亡。方法 Hp阳性者36例为研究对象,Hp阴性者31例作为对照。EIA测定血清NO含量,TUNEL法检查胃粘膜细胞凋亡。结果 Hp阳性级血清NO含量为85.6±21.4(μmol/L),Hp阴性级为69.2±19.3(μmol/L),两级比较P<0.01);Hp阳性级胃粘膜细胞凋亡指数为9.7±2.8,而Hp阴性级为8.1±2.2,两者比较P<0.01。结论 Hp感染患者NO明显高于非Hp感染者,并有显著的细胞凋亡现象,这可能与Hp可诱导—氧化氮合成酶有关。To defect the changes of serum level of nifric oxide and its effects to apoptosis of gastric epithlial cell after Hp intection. Methodw:36 cases of Hp+group 31 cases of Hp-group. To defect the serum level of nifric oxide by EISA and apoptosis of gastric epithelial cell by TUNEL. Results: Serum level of nitric oxide is 85.6±21.4(μmol/L) in Hp+group,and is 69.2+19.3(μmol/L)in group. There are significant statistical differences between hp+ group and Hp-group, (p<0.01);Apoptosis index is 9.7±2.8 in Hp+group,and is 8.1±2.2 in Hp-group. There are signitficant statistical differences between Hp+group end Hp- group,(P<0.01). Conclusion: Infection of Helicobacter pylori and induce elevation of nitric oxide syntheses(Nos), which product a lot of NO, result in DNA damage and apoptosis of gastric cpithelieal cells.
