摘　　要：目的:预防和减少食管胃吻合口常见的并发症。方法:采用套叠不等长、吻合口径不等宽食管胃吻合法,治疗食管癌33例,贲门癌36例。结果:本组69例术后无吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄,返流性食管炎,无手术死亡。结论:具有实验理论作基础的食管胃深套叠吻合法,比较理想地兼顾吻合口三大并发症的预防作用,其操作简单,易掌握,易推广。To prevente and reduce the esophagogastrostomy commen complication. Methods With the technigue of no isometric and isodiametric invaginative anastomotic, to treat 33 cases of esophageal cancer and 36 cases of cardio cancr. Results All 69 cases no anastomotic leakage, no anastomotic stenosis, no reflux esophagitis, no mortality. Conclusion Keep invagiation esohagogastrostomy can prevente anastomotic leskage, anastomotic stenosis and reflux esophagitis.
