富硒酵母对大鼠和人体的副作用和电镜观察报告

摘　　要：富硒酵母是有机硒,人体易于吸收,其副反应如何?137例病员分组口服富硒酵母片,其中27例病员每日60微克疗程三个月后,GSH—Px活性增高,GSH—Px/LPO值上升,30例病员治疗前后肝,肾功能均在正常范围,再以每公斤10微克富硒酵母喂大鼠90天后,经光镜和电镜病理检查肝肾组织无异常发现,大鼠毛中硒含量显著提高,说明以上述剂量口服属安全范围。The selenium in selenium-riched yeact is an organic substance, can be absorbed easily by human body. The side effect induced by selenium-riched yeast was studied. A group of 137 patients were divided into 5 groups The 5 th group consisted of 27 coronary disease patients who had received 60μg selenium per day for 3 months with their GSH-Px activity increased and GSH-Px / LPO ratio increase. In the first group (30 patients), the liver function and kidney function (pre- or post-treatment) were all within the normal criteria, when SD rats were administered with selenium-riched yeast at 10μg selenium per kg weight of rat for 90 days, No abnormality was found in liver and kidney tissues by light and electronic microscopes. The selenium content in rat hair was increased markedly. It is indicated that the selenium dosage used was within safety range.
