儿童泪小管断裂的手术修复

摘　　要：报告３５例儿童下睑内眦部皮肤裂伤伴有下泪小管断裂伤。手术不扩大创口，用支撑管通过两断端直至鼻泪管。泪管断端用５－０聚丙烯缝线缝合３针，对位缝合裂伤皮肤。结果：断端距泪点４ｍｍ以内者１３例２１天拔管。断端距泪点４～７ｍｍ之间者１５例２月后拔管。７ｍｍ以上者７例在３月后拔管。所有病人术后均无流泪症状，泪道冲洗通畅。AbstractThis report includes 35 children cases with skinlaceration of the inner canthus of the lower evelid andlaceration of the lower canaliculus.Operation weredone,without lengthening the wounds, by carefullylooking for the internal broken ends after debridementand supporting with polythene tube,all the externalbroken ends and the internal ones as far as to thenasoldcfimal duct.Anastomosis Was done of the tubalwalls of the broken ends by 3 stitches with the 5-0Polyacrylamide thread.Paraposition suture was doneof the lacerated skin.Results:Tubes were removed 21days for 13 cases with breaking endsd less than 4mmfrom the puncta;2 months later for 15 cases within4-7mm,While 3 months later for 7 cases over 7mmObstructed lacrimal passage and lacrimation had notappeared in all the cases.
