儿童眼外伤随访分析

摘　　要：回顾分析十年间眼外伤住院病人，１４岁以下儿童１３７例，占同期眼外伤的１８．５％。其致病原因主要为各种锐器伤（４６．７１％），挫伤（２２．６２％）和爆炸伤（１６．０５％）。所致眼部损害依次为眼球萎缩（２７％），角膜混浊（２４．８２％）、白内障（１９．７１％）、葡萄膜炎（１０．９５％），伤后葡萄膜反应比成人严重，致盲率高达４３．８％。因此应加强儿童眼外伤的预防，伤后积极治疗，尽早摘出白内障，条件允许时植入人工晶体，取出眶内异物，以最大的可能保留有用视力。Abstract During ten years eye injuries happened inchildren were 137 cases,about 18.5 % of hospitalizedpatients in that period.the main causes of injurieswere as follow:peforation(46.71%),contusion(22.62%)and blow-out(16.05%).The resultant ofeye injuries were phthisis bulbl(27 %),leucoma ofcornea(24.82%),cataract (19.71 %)and uveitis(10.95%).The uveites caused by injuries happened inchildren were more severity then that of adults.Therate of blindness by injuries were 43.8%.Thereforein order to save the usiful visual acuity it was emphat-ic that teaching children to prevent from eye injuries,prompt treatment after injuries.extraction cataractand impiant intraocular lens as early as possible ex-traction of foreign bodies of orbit.
