摘 要:选择单眼弱视患儿54例,其中弱视眼54眼,正常眼54眼,对其进行不同背景光照度静态视野分辨阈值及P一VEP变化特点的对比研究。结果表明:弱视眼在20℃视野范围内,静态光敏感度阈值均较正常眼有不同程度的降低(P<0.05至P<0.01),以5°内变化明显。弱视眼P一VEP变化特点为其P1峰潜时在各种空间频率刺激时,均较正常眼有延长趋势,P1振幅也均较正常眼有降低趋势。弱视程度不同其受累的P一VEP空间频率也不同。轻度弱视仅表现出高空间频率的改变,中及重度弱视则由高空间频率改变向全空间频率改变发展。Abstract54Cases ofchildrewithunilateroal amblopiceye , including 54 amblyopic eyes and 54 normal eyes,were selected and tested w i th s ta tic perime ter underdifferent background illuminations and p一VEP. Thestatic perimetry thresholds of ligh t sensitivity andcharacters of p一VEP changes of both amblyo pic andnomal eyes were studied. Compared with normaleyes, the results showed that the light sensi tivitythresholds of amblyopic eyes within central 20°visu-al field reduced to varying degrees(P<0.05~P<0.01), especially obviously within central 5°visu-al field. The character of p一VEP changes was thatthe P1laten t stage unde r stimulation by differentspace frequencies had more prolonged tendency thanthat o f normal eyes.The P1 amplitude had reducedtendency,compared with normal eyes. Theam b lyopic e yes with different degrees had differentspace frequencies involved in p一VEP,mildam blyopi a o nly showed changes of high spacial fre-quency, moderate and serious amblyoia showedtendency of change from high spacial frequency tofull spacial frequency.
