摘　　要：统计了２０５０例儿童眼病，先天性眼病占３４．４１％，是婴幼儿期致盲的主要原因；儿童眼外伤占２５．２２％，其组成比随年龄的增长而增加，是儿童致盲的主要因素之一；屈光不正与斜视占１５．２７％，屈光不正在４～６岁和１１～１４岁之间处于就诊高峰，１０岁前斜视患儿以内斜视多见，弱视以屈光不正性弱视为主；儿童眼部肿瘤占９．２７％，常见的肿瘤为血管瘤、皮样囊肿、视网膜母细胞瘤；儿童眼底病较少见。AbstractThis paper investigated 2050 cases of eye dis-eases in children。The congenital eye diseases had thebighest rate and occupied 35.41%,Which were themajor cause of blindness in infancy.The eye traumawas 25.22 % and increased with age,which was alsoone of the major factors of the blindness in children。Ametropia and strabismus occupied 15.27 %。Theametropic patients were most between the groups of4-6 and of 11-14 years old.The esotropia was pre-dominant in children with strabismus below 10一yearold,The amblyopia was mainly ametropic The ocu-lar tumors occupied 9.27 % with the most cominon tu-mors being hemangioma dermoid andretinoblastoma。The pediatric retinal diseases were rel-ativcely rare。
