不同免疫力小鼠肾包膜下移殖人食管癌细胞株Ecal09的生长观察

摘　　要：结果显示将Ecal69移植于鼠肾包膜下,裸小鼠对移植瘤无排异反应,肿瘤持续生长;正常免疫力鼠移植瘤在6d时达生长高峰,并有炎症细胞浸润及结缔组织增生;免疫抑制鼠移植瘤于第8～10天达生长高峰,瘤体生长较大,提示免疫抑制鼠的免疫反应出现时间可较正常免疫力鼠推迟2～4d,故免疫抑制鼠可代替裸鼠用于短期肿瘤移植实验,优于正常免疫力小鼠。Esophageal cancer cell strain Eca109 was transplanted subcutaneously to nude mice, then the solid tumors were used in the experiment. Slices of tumor tissue were implanted under renal capsule region of nude mice, immunosuppressed and immunocompetent mice respectively.Immunosuppressed mice had been pretreated with 200mg/kg cyclophsophamide before transplantation. The results showed that the grafts grew on day 6 after transplantation in immunocompetent mice. In immunosuppressed mice, the transplanted tumor grew well on day 6 and last 2~4 days. After day 10 the grafts stopped growing. There was significant immune reaction with infiltration of lymphocytes around the grafts, and then tumor necrosis. But in nude mice, the tumor grews up within the period of experiment. ( 12 days) .
