摘　　要：本文旨在通过扬州马氏小玲珑山馆养护士心、蔽避风雷于险危时世之人文功德的个案举证 ,以及对雍、乾之际广陵文学集群相濡以沫、相知以心 ,人格自持、个性自葆景观的扫描辨认 ,揭示清代特定的波诡云谲时期文学领域的“空洞”现象与“法”外补苴。The text exposes the phenomena of'hollowness'and the utility of'compensating the judicial affairs'by way of putting forward some cases of the cultivation of intellectuality of Confucian scholars among the literary circles centred in Family Ma's Pretty Mansion in Yangzhou and something about the mutual help and relief in time of difficulties within the literary group of Guangling existing in the Eras of Yongzheng and Qianlong .
