摘  要:桉木硫酸盐浆木聚糖酶(An-76和CFX)漂白废液分析结果表明:酶系组成及酶剂量与漂白废液中低聚糖变化具有相关性;微量纤维素酶的影响可通过漂白废液水解产生的葡萄糖含量变化反映出来;缓冲溶液对漂白浆白度提高所起的作用与木聚糖酶有本质区别。对分析中发现的低聚木质纤维素降解物质用白腐菌PhanerochaeteChrysosporiumPC14菌株所产木素降解酶进行进一步降解,并对降解产物进行了GC-MS初步分析。Effluents from eucalyptus KP xylanase pre-bleaching were analyzed by HPLC and GC-MS.Results obtained indicated that the amount of oligsaccharides present in the effluents was closely related tothe enzyme species and its dosage used. The dffect caused by the presence of minor quantity of cellulase con-taminants may be detected by the increase in glucose content in the hydrolysate during the hydrolysis of prebleaching effluent. It has been found that certain low molecular weight lignocellulosie compounds were susceptible to degradation with allgnolytie enzyme species isolated from phanerochaete chrysosporium PC14. Degraded products were further analyzed and determined.
