摘　　要：应用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(PAGE),对曼氏迭宫绦虫成虫及幼虫裂头蚴的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶及苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶进行了分析测定。结果显示,成虫与幼虫的3种同工酶谱均有明显差别,反映出该绦虫在不同的发育时期,其代谢特点不同。Three isoenzymes of Spirometra mansoni and its larva ,sparganum were compared by means of-polyacrylamide gels electrophoresis (PAGE). The detected isoenzymes are lactate dehydroge-nase (LDH) ,esterase (EST) and malate dehydrogenase(MDH). The results showed that there were some differences between adult and larva in their isoenzyme electrophoresis patterns which suggested that the metabolism of the parasite was different in the different developing stage.
